THE CHRISTMAS PARTY STARTS ON NOVEMBER 1ST ON SUPRA 89.7 FM

The Lowndes County-Valdosta community radio station SUPRA 89.7 FM  kicks off its Christmas night party, "El Can Navideño," on November 1st with DJ El Tigre and DJ Rebekka. 

The Christmas program is a Latin American parranda or "golgorio" to celebrate the hopeful end-of-year festivities. From 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., only Christmas music plays. 

“The station kicks off its Christmas celebration with El Can Navideño, and then in December, 89.7 FM fully transforms into the Christmas spirit, celebrating 24 hours a day with “LA SUPRA NAVIDAD,” says Frank Greer, programming director.“This is the most beautiful season to connect with our listeners wholeheartedly.”
